Shipping & Returns

Packages will be shipped by UPS ground, and will be sent out on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons. Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order, and the current fuel surcharge, which changes monthly.

Please indicate if you’d prefer recycled packaging to be used for your order--if the right size is available for your order, we will be more than happy to reuse existing resources rather than new!.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a serious problem or defect with your yarn. If this is the case, please send us an e-mail and we will do our best to work with you to issue a replacement.
